So here I am, planning to save a ridiculous amount of money over the next month, when Dwayne informs me that Porcupine Tree will be playing in Sydney on April 26th.

Tickets are nearly 80 bones.

Well, it looks like I'll have to be fitting this into the ol' budget by not eating for a week.

So there I was, on Sunday night, me, the Math-Metal-Post-Rock geek (right, Lucas?) at home, arranging a cover of a stupid Presidents of the USA song (Body, for those who give a care) and eating bread with sweet chilli sauce.

It was at this time that I was struck with a horrible thought - that I'd look back on times like these with a great deal of nostalgia. Hrrmmm.

So. Buying, placing and then tuning strings on a violin is annoying and takes a long time when you have no idea what you're doing.
